Personalized Nutrition & Nutrient Support: Making Everyday Food Choices Easier
HormoneSynergy® Personalized Nutrition & Nutrient Support Programs combine practical food education with individually selected nutritional supplements. Each 30-day program includes a supplement assessment, an immediately available digital diet guide, and appropriate AM/PM nutrient-support packets.
The guides include recipes, food lists, nutrient information, and grocery guidance. The assessment considers your goals, eating habits, symptoms, medications, and existing supplements to help guide nutrient selections.
Programs cost $249 for a single 30-day purchase or $199 every 30 days with automatic renewal until canceled. They provide nutrition education and supplement support; medical visits, laboratory testing, prescriptions, and exercise coaching are not included.

We cannot see everyone who reaches out to HormoneSynergy® for comprehensive medical care. We also recognize that some people are looking for help with a more immediate question: what should I eat, and how do I decide whether a supplement makes sense for me?
The amount of nutrition information available can make those questions harder to answer. Someone may understand the value of eating more vegetables yet struggle to assemble a satisfying lunch. Another person may have several supplement bottles at home without a clear understanding of which products overlap or why they are taking them.
We developed our Personalized Nutrition & Nutrient Support Programs to provide practical food resources alongside assessment-guided supplement selections. Our aim is to make everyday decisions more manageable while helping people understand the reasoning behind them.
Making Food Recommendations Usable
A recommendation becomes useful when someone can put it into practice with the time, budget, preferences, and cooking skills they have. Grocery guidance can help translate an unfamiliar eating pattern into a shopping trip. Recipes can show how familiar ingredients fit together. Food lists and nutrient explanations can make it easier to choose alternatives when a recipe does not appeal or an ingredient is unavailable.
Ordinary foods belong in this discussion. Oats, beans, lentils, vegetables, fruit, eggs, fish, tofu, nuts, and other familiar ingredients offer many ways to build meals. Frozen produce and canned staples can make preparation more convenient. The appropriate choices depend on the person and the dietary approach being followed.
We want the educational materials to remain useful beyond a single month. Someone who becomes more comfortable planning meals or understanding food labels should be able to carry that knowledge into future decisions. Whether that happens depends on how the resources are used; receiving a guide is a starting point for learning.
What Personalized Means
Our program combines a selected dietary guide with a supplement assessment. The guide provides an educational framework, while the assessment helps inform the nutrient-support portion of the program. This distinction matters: selecting a guide and completing a questionnaire does not provide the same information as a diagnostic evaluation.
Questions about symptoms, eating habits, medications, and existing supplements provide relevant context. Symptoms alone do not establish a nutrient deficiency, however, and an assessment cannot determine every reason someone feels tired, has digestive discomfort, or is struggling with weight. Some concerns warrant evaluation through the person's usual healthcare team.

The Role of Nutrient Support
Supplements deserve a clear rationale. Depending on the product and the person, that rationale may involve limited dietary intake, a particular dietary restriction, or another individual consideration. Existing products and medications also matter when considering ingredients and doses.
The National Institutes of Health emphasizes that supplements cannot replace the variety of foods important to a healthy eating pattern. It also notes that some supplements can interact with medications or cause problems at excessive doses. These considerations support reviewing what a person already takes before adding more. 3
AM/PM packets provide an organized way to take the selected products. Their convenience does not establish a health benefit on its own. The value of each selection still depends on the ingredient, dose, reason for use, and individual circumstances.
What the Evidence Supports
Research provides good reasons to take dietary patterns seriously. In the revised PREDIMED report, Mediterranean dietary interventions supplemented with extra-virgin olive oil or nuts were associated with fewer major cardiovascular events among adults at high cardiovascular risk. The study supports those dietary approaches in that setting. It was not a trial of HormoneSynergy® programs or our supplement packets. 1
Research also suggests that tailoring advice can help people change what they eat. A six-month analysis from the Food4Me randomized trial found that participants receiving personalized nutrition advice reduced their intake of discretionary foods and beverages compared with participants receiving general advice. That finding supports further use and study of individualized dietary guidance; it does not establish the effectiveness of every program described as personalized. 2
We apply that distinction to our own offering. Research on a dietary pattern or an individual ingredient does not prove that our complete program produces the same results. We have not established through a published clinical trial that these programs prevent cardiovascular events, produce lasting weight loss, or reduce medication requirements. Our description should remain specific to the education and nutrient support we provide.
This is part of our Medicine, Not Marketing philosophy. People deserve to understand what they are purchasing and what the evidence can reasonably tell them.
Choosing a Starting Point
The collection includes options addressing interests such as Mediterranean eating, muscle and protein intake, metabolic health, heart health, digestion, menopause, and healthy aging. The digital guide is available after purchase, while nutrient selections follow the assessment.
Food purchases remain separate from the program price. At $199 every 30 days by subscription, or $249 for a single 30-day purchase, this is an optional expense that deserves consideration alongside the rest of a household's food and healthcare budget. Healthy eating does not require purchasing our program.
For someone who wants the combination of food resources and organized, assessment-guided nutrient support, the program offers a practical place to begin. Others may prefer to explore our nutrition and diet guides or Longevity Medicine Resource Library .
