All rights are reserved.

Educational and Copyrighted Materials

HormoneSynergy® educational materials are provided for personal, noncommercial educational use. Patients and readers may share these materials in their original, unmodified form, provided that all copyright notices, trademark notices, attribution, disclaimers, and source identification remain intact.

Professional, clinical, commercial, or organizational use is not permitted without prior written permission. No person, physician, clinic, business, website, social-media account, supplement company, or educational organization may use HormoneSynergy®, or any confusingly similar variation, in a manner that suggests affiliation with, authorization by, sponsorship from, or endorsement by HormoneSynergy® Clinic LLC, HormoneSynergy Inc., Dr. Kathryn Retzler, or RetzlerRx® without express written permission.

RetzlerRx® Trademark Information

RetzlerRx® is a federally registered trademark used in connection with online retail store services in the field of holistic health and wellness goods.

No person or organization may reproduce, copy, rebrand, distribute, resell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit RetzlerRx® products, materials, descriptions, photographs, protocols, packaging, educational content, or related intellectual property without prior written authorization.

Trademark protection for RetzlerRx® also extends to confusingly similar variations, misspellings, spacing changes, punctuation changes, domain names, social-media handles, or branding that may falsely imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization.

Unauthorized Domains, Products, Services, and Commercial Use

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, sale, counterfeiting, impersonation, domain-name registration, social-media account registration, search-engine marketing, product listing, professional use, or commercial exploitation involving HormoneSynergy®, RetzlerRx®, confusingly similar variations, or copyrighted HormoneSynergy® / RetzlerRx® materials is strictly prohibited.

This includes unauthorized use in connection with:

Medical or healthcare services
Hormone therapy services
Longevity medicine services
Functional or integrative medicine services
Supplement sales
Online retail stores
Educational seminars, webinars, courses, or workshops
Patient handouts or protocols
Physician, clinic, coach, or practitioner materials
Websites, landing pages, advertisements, social-media accounts, or domain names
Product listings, product labels, product descriptions, or supplement branding

Such unauthorized use may violate the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, Oregon trademark and unfair competition laws, and other applicable federal and state laws.

HormoneSynergy® Clinic LLC, HormoneSynergy Inc., Dr. Kathryn Retzler, and RetzlerRx® reserve all rights and remedies available under law, including injunctive relief, damages, recovery of profits, attorneys’ fees where available, and any other appropriate legal or equitable remedies.

Permission Requests and Legal Inquiries

Requests for permission to use HormoneSynergy® or RetzlerRx® materials must be submitted in writing. No license, authorization, waiver, or permission is granted unless confirmed in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative.
