HormoneSynergy® is a federally registered trademark associated with HormoneSynergy® Clinic LLC and HormoneSynergy Inc., founded by Dr. Kathryn Retzler. The HormoneSynergy® name has been used in commerce since 2006 in connection with medical services, longevity programs, educational services, health and wellness products, and physician-formulated nutritional supplements. U.S. Reg. Nos. 3,321,488; 4,997,505; and 4,997,943.

RetzlerRx® is a federally registered trademark used in connection with online retail services for holistic health and wellness goods. U.S. Reg. No. 7,265,001.

Trademark protection is not limited to the exact capitalization, spelling, spacing, punctuation, or visual presentation of these marks. Unauthorized use of confusingly similar variations, including HormoneSynergy, Hormonesynergy, Hormone Synergy, Hormone-Synergy, RetzlerRx, or related domain names, social-media handles, product names, clinic names, logos, or branding, may constitute trademark infringement or falsely imply affiliation, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement.

HormoneSynergy® Clinic LLC prescribes hormones only within the context of a comprehensive treatment plan. Hormones are not prescribed to individuals with a history of illegal steroid use, those seeking isolated improvements in athletic performance, or bodybuilders. No medications or hormones are dispensed without an in-office consultation, comprehensive medical evaluation, laboratory testing, a prescription, and appropriate follow-up protocols.

HormoneSynergy® Clinic LLC does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE; does not participate with insurance providers or accept insurance reimbursement; and does not profit from laboratory testing. The clinic does not prescribe growth hormone for anti-aging purposes.
