HormoneSynergy Return Policy
Unopened Items:
If you need to return an UNOPENED item due to damage or seller error, or, if you need to return an item due to obvious manufacturer defect, please contact us through the Amazon Portal to request a return. We will provide you a prepaid return label and you can send it back to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund including shipping costs.
If you want to return an UNOPENED item because you simply changed your mind please contact us to request a return. You are welcome to send it back to us within 15 days of purchase (at your expense) and we will provide you a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
Opened Items:
For obvious reasons we do not generally accept returns of OPENED nutritional supplements as they cannot be used and must be discarded.
If however, you do want to return an opened bottle of supplements for any reason other than manufacturer defect, HormoneSynergy will provide a 50% refund on OPENED bottles that are returned within 15 Days of purchase that contain no less than 50% of the original product.
If you want to return an OPENED item (for any reason other than a manufacturer defect) please contact us to request a return.
You must box, ship and return that item within 15 Days of purchase. We will issue a 50% refund (minus original shipping costs).
Return Instructions
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
- All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our office.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1 week of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- If you would like an unopened item replaced with another flavor or product of equal value, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
