HORMONESYNERGY® PERSONALIZED NUTRITION & NUTRIENT SUPPORT

Acid Reflux & Personalized Nutrition

Practical meals with attention to timing, portions, and your food tolerance.

Reflux can make familiar meals feel unpredictable. Dinner may be comfortable one evening and troublesome another, depending on the portion, preparation, or how soon you lie down afterward. A personalized approach considers those details before removing a long list of foods from your diet.

HormoneSynergy® Acid Reflux & Personalized Nutrition combines our Acid Reflux Nutrient Repletion Diet guide with personalized meal planning and appropriate AM/PM nutrient support based on your assessment. Your plan considers the meals you enjoy, the symptoms you report, and instructions from your treating clinician.

The One-Minute Read

This 30-day program includes a personalized assessment, meal plan, recipes, grocery lists, healthy brand listings, the Acid Reflux nutrition guide, and appropriate AM/PM personalized nutrient support. Your plan focuses on meal timing, portions, individual triggers, and adequate nourishment. Subscribe for $199 every 30 days until canceled, or purchase a single 30-day program for $249.

What Your Program Includes

  • A personalized assessment covering eating patterns, symptom-related observations, preferences, allergies, relevant health history, medications, and supplements.
  • A personalized meal plan with recipes, appropriate portions, and practical substitutions.
  • Grocery lists and healthy brand listings to help you find suitable ingredients and prepared options.
  • The HormoneSynergy® Acid Reflux Nutrient Repletion Diet guide.
  • A 30-day supply of included AM/PM personalized nutrient support, selected as appropriate based on your assessment.

Meal Timing and Comfortable Portions

Your assessment considers when you eat, how large your evening meal tends to be, and whether you lie down soon afterward. For nighttime reflux, allowing at least three hours between eating and lying down may help. Your plan considers how that could fit your schedule.

Recipes and portions are adapted to your appetite and needs. A more substantial lunch, an earlier dinner, or a different preparation method may offer practical alternatives to your current routine.

Food Triggers Without Blanket Restrictions

Coffee, alcohol, high-fat meals, spicy foods, and acidic foods may worsen symptoms for some people. Your plan considers your own observations rather than assuming every commonly listed trigger must be removed.

Substitutions help maintain variety when a food does not suit you. Grocery lists and healthy brand listings make it easier to find sauces, beverages, and meal components that fit your preferences and tolerance.

Personalized AM/PM Nutrient Support

Nutrient support is selected with attention to dietary intake, current supplements, medications, tolerability, and available laboratory findings. A history of reflux or acid-suppressing medication does not automatically establish a nutrient deficiency.

This program does not automatically include digestive enzymes or stomach-acid supplements. Specialty products outside the included program are separately priced and identified before purchase.

Alongside Your Medical Care

This program does not diagnose reflux disease or replace prescribed treatment. Medication changes, diagnostic testing, endoscopy, and physician visits are not included. Purchasing it does not enroll you in HormoneSynergy® concierge medical care.

Difficulty swallowing, food sticking, gastrointestinal bleeding, or unexplained weight loss requires prompt medical evaluation. New or severe chest pain needs urgent evaluation rather than being assumed to be reflux.

An assessment cannot confirm a nutrient deficiency. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual results vary; symptom improvement or reduced medication needs are not guaranteed.
